THE FLOTILLA 33 SEARCH & RESCUE TEAM PLACES 1ST IN THE ATLANTIC SEARCH & RESCUE COMPETITION (ASAR) AT COAST GUARD TRAINING CENTER CAPE MAY NJ ON 29JUL12

THE FLOTILLA 03-03 TEAM OF (L TO R) ED HIND, WALLY JACHIMSKI, & JIM LINDAHL ARRIVE AT COAST GUARD TRAINING CENTER CAPE MAY FOR THE 2012 ASAR COMPETITION. FOR THE 2ND YEAR IN A ROW A FLOTILLA 33 TEAM REPRESENTED D5SR IN THE COMPETITION THAT REPRESENTS 19,000 AUXILIARISTS IN 5 DISTRICTS FROM MAINE TO FLORIDA & PUERTO RICO.

ED HIND (R) THROWS THE HEAVING LINE TOWARDS THE SCORING TARGET ON THE PIER WHILE JIM LINDAHL (L) & WALLY JACHIMSKI (C) OBSERVE FROM THE BOW. EACH TEAM MEMBER HAD 5 MINUTES TO SCORE AS MANY POINTS AS POSSIBLE.
